From requirements to production readiness.

1. Define the requirements

   Configure a product or variant template with materials, approvals, documents and checks. Set quantities, units and a receiving location.

2. Create the Shopify order

   For configured line items, the order webhook creates a job and snapshots the requirements. Orders without a matching template remain not configured.

3. Coordinate the material handoff

   Share a scoped supplier link, record shipment information and attach evidence. Print receiving labels when useful.

4. Receive and inspect

   Record actual quantities and inspection results. Receive in parts; identify holds or rejected material with reasons.

5. Clear the remaining conditions

   Satisfy required approvals, documents and checks. READY is calculated only when every required condition is satisfied.

6. Start production deliberately

   READY is separate from STARTED. Your team remains responsible for deciding when production begins.
